upon the Application for Variance filed with the City of Monticello Zoning
Board of Appeals by Marvin and Cathy Haynes; owners of the property legally
described as follows:
Lots 33 and 34 of the subdivision of the south 400’ of Lot
“A” as shown in Plat Book 1, Page 201 in the office of the Recorder of Piatt
County, Illinois and located in Section 7, Township 18 North, Range 6 East and

property owners are seeking a variance to the side yard setback and building
size requirements to permit the addition of a carport to the existing detached garage.
