The Monticello Recreation Department will host a night of FREE Halloween fun & games on Thursday, October 29th from 6:00 - 8:00pm at the new City Center (the yellow warehouse building across parking lot from the Municipal Building), located at 224 E. Livingston St. in Monticello.

This event is geared toward children ages 12 and under.  Be sure to wear your Halloween costumes, bring a collevtion bag for goodies, and bring your cameras for some great photo ops!
