Betty W. Duncan, 98 of Noblesville, Indiana passed away June 14, 2009 at 2:04pm.  Graveside services will be June 22, 2009 at 2:00pm at the Monticello Township Cemetery, Monticello, Illinois with Pastor Steve Ingram officiating.

Mrs. Duncan was born June 5, 1911 in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Louis H. and Charlotte Moelk Williams.  She married Harold A. Duncan on August 31, 1935 in Canadaigua, New York.  He died June 3, 1992.

Mrs. Duncan was a 1933 graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University and a member of Gamma Phi Beta sorority.

Surviving is a son, William L. Duncan of Noblesville, Indiana, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  A doughter, Susan D. Carlson, of Palm Coast, Florida, passed away March 8, 2007.

She was a member of the Monticello United Methodist Church for over 50 years and was a choir member for many years.  She was also a member of the Monticello Women's Club.

She was a retired receptionist for American Nursing Homes Inc.; Monticello, Illinois.
