Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held upon the Application for Variance filed with the City of Monticello Zoning Board of Appeals by Marvin and Cathy Haynes; owners of the property legally described as follows:           

Lots 33 and 34 of the subdivision of the south 400’ of Lot “A” as shown in Plat Book 1, Page 201 in the office of the Recorder of Piatt County, Illinois and located in Section 7, Township 18 North, Range 6 East and Section 12, Township 18 North, Range 5 East of the 3^rd Principal Meridian, City of Monticello, Piatt County, Illinois.

Said property commonly known as 1022 North Walnut Street, Monticello, Illinois. Meeting is to be held on Tuesday, April 8^th, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, located at 210 N. Hamilton Street in the City of Monticello Illinois.  Notice is further given that the above property owners are seeking a variance to the side yard setback and building size requirements to permit the addition of a carport to the existing detached garage.
