City of Monticello City Council Meetings are held in the City Council Chambers, located in the Municipal Building, 210 N. Hamilton St., Monticello.  Meetings take place the second and fourth Monday's each month, unless otherwise noted.  The public is invited to attend the City Council meetings.  Meetings are recorded and then posted on the local cable access channel 2, where they can be viewed at 10:00am and 7:00pm daily.
