NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING UPON
APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held upon the Application for Variance filed with the City of Monticello Zoning Board of Appeals by Marty and Sonya Lockmiller, owners of the property legally described as follows:

Block 5, Lot 13 of Outlot "A" of W. D. Burgess Second Addition to the City of Monticello, Located in Section 18, Township 18 North, Range 6 East of the Third Principal Meridian, Piatt County, Illinois; commonly known as 804 Longview Drive, Monticello, Illinois.

The meeting is to be held on Thursday, September 9th, 2010 at 7:00pm in the City Council Chambers, located at 210 N. Hamilton Street in the City of Monticello, Illinois.  Notice is further given that the above property owners are seeking a variance to the front yard setback in an RD-Urban Residential zone.
