LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING UPON
APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held upon the Application for Variance filed with the City of Monticello Zoning Board of Appeals by Ezra Boruff, owner of the property legally described as follows;

Lot 2 Wilkin-Leischner Replat as recorded in Plat Book 14 at Page 70, situated in Piatt County, Illinois; commonly known as 117 N. Emerson St., Monticello, Illinois.

The meeting is to be held on Thursday, July 8th, 2010 at 7:00pm in the City Council Chambers, located at 210 N. Hamilton Street in the City of Monticello, Illinois.  Notice is further given that the above property owners are seeking a variance to the front yard setbacks in an RD-Urban Residential zone.
