William C. "Bill" Isbell, 74 of Bement, passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at 3:45am at his residence.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.  Cremation rites have been accorded.  Inurnment will be at a later date in Croninger Cemetery, Cisco.

Bill was born on January 31, 1963 in Clinton, a son of Oscar L. and Nannie F. Burton Isbell.  He married Mabel L. Taylor on March 22, 1953 in Clinton, and she survives of Bement.

Also surviving are his children, Anne Johnson of Tuscon, Arizona, Wilma Roper of Bement, William C. Isbell Jr. of Bement, David Isbell of Rushville, Joseph Isbell of Lexington, Kentucky and Andy Isbell of DeLand; as well as 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Earl Deal Isbell.

Roux-Hinds Funeral Home, 348 N. Piatt St. Bement, has been entrusted with the family's loved one for Bill's services.
