NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING UPON
APPLICATION FOR ZONING CHANGE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the City of Monticello Planning Commission upon the Application for ZONING CHANGE filed with the City of Monticello by Robert E. Wood, owner, for the property legally described as follows:

The South 150' of Lot 3 and all of Lot 9 in the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 18 North, Range 5 East of the Third Principal Meridian as described in Book 4, Page 475 in the Office of the Recorder, Piatt County, Illinois.  Commonly known as 830 Allerton Rd., Monticello.

The hearing will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at 7:00pm in the Monticello Council Chambers, 210 N. Hamilton Street, Monticello, Illinois.  Notice is further given that the property owner is seeking a zoning change of the above property from RD-Urban Residential to RU-Rural.  All interested persons have the right to appear at the public hearing and present evidence.
